Common questions
A charger's details look wrong
Charging data comes from OpenStreetMap and live driver check-ins. If a station's power, connector, or hours look off, email us the station name and what's incorrect and we'll help get it fixed upstream.
Manage or cancel ChargeScout Pro
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To manage or cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select ChargeScout. Cancel anytime — Pro stays active until the period ends.
Restore a purchase
If Pro isn't showing after a reinstall or on a new device, open ChargeScout, go to the paywall or settings, and tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID.
Privacy & data requests
You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time. Email us from the address tied to your account and we'll take care of it.
